Job Description

We are seeking a motivated General Engineer who will work on interdisciplinary projects that require analytical thinking and creativity. Your role will include problem-solving and conducting rigorous testing to ensure engineering standards are met.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design discussions and facilitate brainstorming sessions.
  • Review existing systems to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct research and development to inform engineering strategies.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports detailing engineering progress.
  • Ensure that engineering practices align with company standards and best practices.
  • Participate in training and development initiatives within the engineering team.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
  • Master's degree in related field is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in engineering roles
