Responsibilities

• Analyze and verify patterns against production standards.
• Correct discrepancies in patterns prior to production runs.
• Engage with design teams to identify solutions for pattern modification.
• Document and record all pattern checks and revisions.
• Perform comprehensive quality evaluations on completed products.
• Keep abreast of advancements in pattern making software.
• Provide coaching and support for junior team members on pattern accuracy.
• Foster a collaborative team environment that values input from all members.
• Utilize industry software to streamline pattern checking processes.

Requirements

Education

• A degree in Fashion Design or a related field is highly preferred.

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role is advantageous.

Languages

• English: Fluent
