Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests, ensuring they feel valued and welcome.
Support various recreational activities, including sports, arts, and crafts.
Communicate effectively with guests to understand their needs.
Assist in problem-solving to enhance guest satisfaction.
Monitor the recreation area to ensure safety and cleanliness.
Work with colleagues to create a vibrant community atmosphere.
Handle cash and manage transaction processes accurately.
Promote hotel services and packages to guests.
Stay updated on local attractions and events to better assist guests.
Perform related duties as assigned by the Recreation Manager.
Requirements
Education
Associate's degree in Hospitality or related field
Experience
2-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
