Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for the role of Refuse and Recyclable Material Collector. In this position, you will help ensure community cleanliness and promote recycling efforts, adhering to safety guidelines during your daily duties.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily refuse collection and ensure the effective management of recyclable materials.
• Operate waste collection vehicles safely and courteously.
• Adhere to cleanliness standards in residential and commercial areas.
• Inspect trash and recycling bins to ensure proper usage and report any violations.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety regulations.
• Assist in preparing reports on collection activities and service delivery.
• Collaborate with the team to streamline refuse collection processes.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in janitorial or sanitation work preferred, but not mandatory.

Technical Skills

• Operating cleaning equipment

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Spanish: Conversational

Advantageous
