Job Description

As a Lodging Manager, you will supervise the daily activities of a bustling boardinghouse. Your role is crucial in ensuring tenant satisfaction, enforcing property regulations, and managing financial operations effectively. This position requires strong organizational skills and a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

  • Direct daily operations of the boardinghouse, ensuring tenant well-being.
  • Keep premises clean and well-maintained at all times.
  • Address tenant complaints and resolve disputes effectively.
  • Oversee all aspects of financial management, including rent and budgeting.
  • Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repair appointments.
  • Conduct thorough property inspections to identify maintenance needs.
  • Develop strategies for marketing available rooms to prospective tenants.
  • Maintain complete and accurate records of tenant agreements and contacts.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with current and potential tenants.
  • Regularly review property policies to ensure they meet tenant needs.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in hospitality management preferred
Experience
  • Proven experience in hospitality or lodging management
