Job Description

As a Military Officer Special and Tactical Operations Leader, you will play a crucial role in leading submarine warfare preparedness and training initiatives. Your expertise will guide the development of training programs that ensure the operational readiness of our naval forces. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will work to implement new policies and best practices while coordinating readiness assessments.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the training and operational readiness of submarine warfare teams.
  • Lead hands-on readiness assessments and coordinate exercises.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and operational regulations.
  • Provide strategic guidance on operational effectiveness.
  • Facilitate regular updates and training sessions to ensure all staff are informed.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master’s degree is preferred

  • 5+ years in military operations or submarine warfare
