Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Oliving Machine Operator to join our dynamic production team. In this role, you will operate and maintain oliving machines efficiently, ensuring the production of high-quality olive oil products. You will play a critical role in the manufacturing process, collaborating with other team members to meet production goals.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor oliving machine to ensure proper olive processing.
• Set up and calibrate equipment according to production specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and lubricating equipment.
• Inspect olives for quality and remove any defective ones.
• Record production data and maintain accurate documentation.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform minor repairs or adjustments as necessary.
• Work collaboratively with production team to optimize efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist with training new operators as needed.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience operating oliving machines or similar equipment

Technical Skills

• Mechanical aptitude
• Attention to detail

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in the food processing industry: Previous experience in food processing or manufacturing is highly desirable.
