We are seeking a detail-oriented Credit Authorizer, Checker, and Clerk to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring credit balance accounts, resolving discrepancies, and processing refunds accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities

• Review accounts to identify and resolve credit balance issues.
• Analyze account details and documentation for accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations.
• Communicate with clients to gather necessary information.
• Assist in maintaining detailed and organized records.
• Work with the finance team to ensure timely financial reporting.
• Help enhance customer satisfaction through efficient credit management.
• Participate in training sessions to improve departmental workflows.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in credit balance management, preferably in a healthcare environment

Technical Skills

• Financial Software Experience
• Knowledge of Accounting Principles

Soft Skills

• Organization
• Customer Service Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certification in Accounting or Finance: Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is a plus.
