Actuarial Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a detailed-oriented Actuarial Analyst to join our team in Tampa. The successful candidate will leverage statistical tools and actuarial methods to analyze and interpret complex data, enabling informed decision-making. This role involves creating financial models and forecasts, along with collaboration with clientele to assess risk and improve financial strategies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and project future outcomes.
• Assist in developing actuarial methodologies and standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance actuarial skills.
• Prepare and validate documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.
• Present findings and recommendations to both internal teams and external clients.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, or Mathematics
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in actuarial analysis, preferably in an insurance or financial service

• Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA)
