Job Description

We are in search of skilled Sewing Machine Operators to join our production team. The ideal candidates will have experience in operating industrial sewing machines, applying coatings, and maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fabrics and surfaces for coating applications using appropriate techniques.
• Adjust machine settings to accommodate different materials and coatings.
• Accurately document production data and completed projects for traceability.
• Assist in training new operators on machine usage and safety protocols.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss production improvements and challenges.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or similar role

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
