Job Description

As the Assisted Living Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our facility to ensure that all residents are receiving high-quality care and services. Your leadership will foster a compassionate environment that enhances the living standards of our elderly residents.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure regulatory compliance and high quality standards of care.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including maintenance and dining services.
  • Hire, train, and supervise all staff members.
  • Implement and track budgets to oversee community finances.
  • Foster communication between residents, families, and staff.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers for resident care coordination.
  • Organize community events to promote resident engagement and well-being.
  • Address resident concerns and implement solutions as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration
  • Master’s degree is advantageous
Experience
  • 3-5 years of management experience in senior living or healthcare
