Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Farmworkers and Laborers to assist in our crop, nursery, and greenhouse operations. Successful candidates will play a critical role in the planting, cultivating, and harvesting of fresh produce.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of plant care including watering, pruning, and pest control.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse and storage areas.
• Collaborate with the production team on daily activities and tasks.
• Contribute to team goals and follow directives from the Warehouse Manager.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in agriculture or labor-intensive jobs is a plus

Experience

• Prior experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is advantageous

Technical Skills

• Basic Math Skills

• Physical Stamina
• Flexibility

Languages

• English: Basic
