Responsibilities

• Design and create signage tailored to client specifications.
• Ensure high-quality finishes by choosing appropriate materials and colors.
• Use vinyl cutting machines and plotters for precise designs.
• Conduct regular maintenance on painting tools and equipment.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss project progress and challenges.
• Mentor junior team members in signage techniques and best practices.
• Document processes and maintain inventory of supplies.
• Attend client meetings to discuss design concepts and revisions.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Certification in Graphic Design or Fine Arts is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years in sign painting or custom decoration preferred.

Technical Skills

• Adobe Software
• Sign Installation

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of LED Lighting: Experience working with LED lighting technology for signage.
• Ability to Interpret Blueprints: Capable of reading and understanding technical drawings for sign projects.
