Job Description

We are seeking skilled Prepress Technicians and Workers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing plate designs, performing maintenance, and ensuring the accuracy of plate production. Ideal candidates should possess a keen eye for detail and a strong grasp of plate manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Create and modify digital plate designs using specialized software.
• Conduct tests on new plate designs to ensure functionality and quality.
• Resolve technical issues related to plate production in a timely manner.
• Document workflows and maintain standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate with the printing team to achieve optimal production outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Printing Technology or a related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in prepress operations and plate development

Technical Skills

• Plate imaging systems
• Graphic design software

Soft Skills

• Effective communication
• Organizational skills

Certifications

• Certified Printing Technologist
• Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent
