Job Description

As a Weaving Supervisor, you will manage and coordinate all aspects of weaving activities in our facility. Your leadership will ensure that production targets are met while maintaining our commitment to quality and safety standards. This role is critical in fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the weaving department, ensuring production efficiency.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance the quality of woven products.
  • Assist in scheduling and planning of weaving activities to meet production deadlines.
  • Provide support and direction to weaving staff in achieving departmental goals.
  • Analyze production data to identify trends and recommend adjustments.
  • Participate in the hiring and training of new weaving technicians.
  • Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Prepare reports on production performance and suggest corrective actions.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress and objectives.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering is a plus
Experience
  • Additional experience in automated weaving processes is advantageous.
