Ceramic Chemist

Job Description

We are searching for a skilled Ceramic Chemist to join our research and development team. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for developing new ceramic materials and improving existing products while ensuring the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead research projects focused on material properties and performance.
• Develop methods for testing and evaluating ceramic products.
• Optimize manufacturing processes to increase productivity.
• Train and mentor junior scientists and technicians.
• Establish and maintain laboratory protocols and procedures.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify product improvements.
• Document research findings and communicate results effectively.
• Evaluate new technologies and techniques in ceramics.
• Ensure laboratory safety standards are adhered to.
• Participate in conferences and industry events to share knowledge.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in ceramic engineering, materials science, or related field
• PhD in a relevant field is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience
