Job Description

As a Needle Maker, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, creating high-quality needles tailored for various applications. Your keen eye for detail and expertise in needle crafting will ensure that we meet the strict standards of precision that our industry demands.

Responsibilities

  • Operate needle making machinery to shape, sharpen, and finish needles.
  • Inspect and measure needles to ensure they meet required specifications.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of needle-making equipment.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Document production processes and maintain accurate records.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Assist in training new employees on production techniques.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

Requirements

Education
  • Familiarity with needle production techniques and materials
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Experience
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing role preferred

Languages
