Skyward Aviation Inc. seeks skilled Airline Pilots, Copilots, and Flight Engineers. The successful candidates will safely operate aircraft on a variety of missions, meeting company and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Fly various types of aircraft for different missions.
• Conduct risk assessments and make informed decisions during flight.
• Ensure effective communication with cabin crew for operational efficiency.
• Contribute to the development of flight plans considering regulations and safety.
• Continuously monitor instruments and systems throughout the flight.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to resolve technical issues.
• Engage with ongoing professional development opportunities.
• Maintain excellent physical and mental fitness for flight operations.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction during flights.
• Participate in initiatives to improve flight operation standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Aviation or related field
• Master's Degree in related field is preferred

Experience

• At least 5 years of multifaceted aviation experience, including diverse flight environments.

Technical Skills
