We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Chemical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Nashville, TN. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical processes and a passion for innovation. You will be responsible for designing and optimizing processes in the production of chemicals and materials, ensuring quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve production issues related to chemical processes.
• Conduct root cause analyses for process deviations and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to maintain product specifications.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and interns in best practices.
• Assist in developing process safety management programs.
• Evaluate new materials and technologies for potential application.
• Support regulatory compliance activities related to chemical handling.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
• Master's degree in Chemical Engineering preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in chemical engineering
