Responsibilities

  • Implement customer engagement strategies that drive product utilization and satisfaction.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop case studies and testimonials to showcase customer success stories.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and product development teams to advocate for customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on product features and enhancements.
  • Lead customer support initiatives to streamline service delivery.
  • Assist in the development of a customer advocacy program.
  • Provide insights on customer feedback to guide product roadmap decisions.
  • Continuously seek to improve the customer experience through innovative solutions.
  • Help establish a culture of customer-centricity within the organization.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in client success or account management
