Job Description

We are seeking a talented Environmental Engineer to join our energetic team in Portland. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing projects that promote environmental sustainability. You will work closely with businesses and government agencies to develop innovative solutions that protect our natural resources.

Responsibilities

• Perform environmental monitoring and sampling.
• Prepare and present findings to clients and the public.
• Work alongside project managers to oversee project budgets and timelines.
• Implement pollution prevention programs for clients.
• Review and analyze project proposals for environmental impacts.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions on sustainability.
• Research best practices in environmental management.
• Support the development of strategic environmental initiatives.
• Assist in litigation support regarding environmental issues.
• Engage with community members about proposed projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or Engineering
• Master's degree in a related field is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience
