Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide outstanding technical support to our employees in Atlanta. This role requires a problem-solving mindset and expertise in troubleshooting hardware and software issues. You will act as a key support resource, ensuring that our IT infrastructure runs smoothly and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems for end-users in a timely manner.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and check-ups on hardware and software.
  • Keep track of IT equipment inventory, and ensure proper allocation.
  • Provide data backup and restoration support and document the process.
  • Stay updated with the latest IT trends and suggest improvements.
  • Work with management to identify and resolve systemic IT issues.
  • Foster a customer-oriented approach to IT services.

Requirements

Education
  • Associate's degree in Information Systems or related field
  • Technical certifications such as ITIL or Help Desk Institute Certification are advantageous
Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT support or related field
