UX Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our San Diego team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing user-friendly interfaces and conducting user research to improve usability. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for design and a passion for enhancing user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create user-centric landing pages.
• Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform design strategy.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on their work.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and gather inputs.
• Develop accessibility guidelines to ensure inclusivity in design.
• Document design processes and create design specifications for developers.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field
• Master's degree in UX Design is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design and a portfolio showcasing past projects

Technical Skills

• Figma
• User-Centered Design Principles

Soft Skills

• Team Collaboration
• Problem-solving

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Agile methodologies: A background in Agile project management is a plus.
• Familiarity with design systems: Experience working with design systems in a collaborative environment.
