Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Pantograph Machine Set-Up Operator to join our team. As a Pantograph Machine Set-Up Operator, your role will be pivotal in ensuring the proper setup, operation, and maintenance of our machines to produce precision components. You'll work closely with skilled technicians and engineers to create high-quality products, ensuring adherence to specifications and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Optimize machine settings to improve production efficiency and quality.
• Perform preventative maintenance on pantograph machines.
• Coordinate with quality control to ensure product specifications are met.
• Assist with training new operators on machine setup and operation.
• Keep the work area organized and in compliance with safety standards.
• Provide feedback on machine performance and suggest improvements.
• Implement best practices in machining techniques for improved productivity.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification or apprenticeship in machining is preferred

Experience

• Proven experience of 2-3 years in pantograph machine operations or similar.

• CNC Machining
• Metallurgy Knowledge

Languages

• English: Fluent
