We are looking for a dedicated Cybersecurity Specialist to join our Dallas team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safeguarding our digital assets and ensuring compliance with security protocols. You will analyze potential threats and devise strategies to mitigate risks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop security frameworks and protocols to enhance organizational security posture.
• Evaluate and implement new security technologies and tools.
• Conduct training sessions for employees on cybersecurity awareness.
• Monitor threat intelligence sources for newly discovered vulnerabilities.
• Assist in the development of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity or a related field
