Responsibilities
Review incoming case files for accuracy before filing.
Prepare detailed summaries of case documents for easy reference.
Assist with training new team members on filing processes and systems.
Generate reports on case file status and retrieval metrics.

Requirements
Education

Certification in records management is a plus.
