As a First-Line Supervisor of Production and Operating Workers, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the manufacturing of corncob pipes. This position demands strong leadership skills to guide a team in achieving efficiency and quality in production.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production team in achieving daily manufacturing goals for corncob pipes.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality assurance practices.

Requirements

Education

• Associate's degree in a relevant field
• Additional certification in manufacturing is a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years in production operations with supervisory experience preferred
