Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex transmission problems using advanced diagnostic tools.
• Perform high-quality repairs on automatic transmissions.
• Conduct inspections and tests to ensure vehicle safety.
• Work with management to develop service workflows.
• Assist with inventory management and parts sourcing.
• Train and assist junior team members.
• Document warranty and service claims accurately.
• Contribute to a safe and efficient workshop environment.
• Engage with customers to explain repairs and maintenance needs.
• Commit to continuous learning and skill enhancement.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in automotive technology preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in automotive repair, specifically with transmissions

Certifications

• ASE Certified Technician

Languages
