Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and organized Locker Room, Coatroom, and Dressing Room Attendant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring their belongings are safely stored while delivering top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Check guests' belongings and provide tickets for easy identification.
• Monitor the coat check area for security and efficiency.
• Assist with customer inquiries regarding services offered.
• Retrieve items promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a friendly and courteous demeanor while on duty.
• Work closely with event coordinators to manage high volumes effectively.
• Document all checked items and ensure proper handling.
• Participate in training sessions for skill enhancement and team-building.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• At least 1 year in a customer-facing role preferred

Technical Skills

• Ticketing Systems

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Spanish: Conversational

Advantageous

• First Aid/CPR Certification: Certification in First Aid and CPR would be an advantage.
