Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives in Chicago. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in HR management, employee relations, and compliance, with a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all HR functions including talent acquisition and retention.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement and retention programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Provide support and consultation to management on HR issues.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Organize employee training sessions and workshops.
  • Facilitate employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Conduct performance management reviews and feedback sessions.
  • Utilize HR metrics to develop actionable insights.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in HR roles with management experience preferred
