Responsibilities
Lead and manage all HR functions including talent acquisition and retention.
Develop and implement employee engagement and retention programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Provide support and consultation to management on HR issues.
Manage compensation and benefits programs to maintain competitive advantage.
Organize employee training sessions and workshops.
Facilitate employee relations and conflict resolution.
Conduct performance management reviews and feedback sessions.
Utilize HR metrics to develop actionable insights.
Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Master's degree preferred
Experience
5+ years in HR roles with management experience preferred
