Responsibilities

• Identify key staffing needs and develop job descriptions accordingly.
• Screen resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
• Utilize social media and professional networks to source candidates effectively.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and universities.
• Track and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
