Job Description

We are searching for a detail-oriented Woodworking Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender who will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of woodworking machinery. This role demands precision and attention to detail to meet production goals and ensure high-quality outputs.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and run woodworking machinery following outlined procedures.
  • Check measurements and ensure products meet required specifications.
  • Regularly perform cleaning and maintenance on equipment.
  • Interpret project blueprints and determine requirements.
  • Adjust tools and settings for precision shaping and cutting.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production progress.
  • Identify and resolve any operational or quality issues promptly.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and wear PPE consistently.
  • Maintain production records and document materials used.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment focused on efficiency and quality.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Technical degree in machining or engineering is a plus
Experience
  • 2-5 years of experience as a woodworking machine operator
