Job Description

As a Meat Carver, you'll be essential in delivering high-quality meat products to our customers. Your skills in cutting, carving, and presenting meat will contribute to our team's success and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Skillfully cut and carve various types of meat to meet customer preferences.
  • Ensure all meat products are stored and presented according to health standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.
  • Assist in managing inventory and ensuring stock levels are maintained.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while interacting with clients.
  • Work in coordination with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Adhere to strict food safety protocols.
  • Regularly check and maintain carving equipment.

Requirements

Education
  • Culinary certification is a plus
Experience
  • Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant or catering environment preferred.
