Job Description

Join our team as an Assembly Line Supervisor, where you will be responsible for managing assembly line operations, driving efficiency, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate assembly line staff to achieve operational targets.
• Ensure efficient production processes are established and maintained.
• Conduct regular safety audits and maintain compliance with industry regulations.
• Coordinate with supply chain management to maintain necessary inventory levels.
• Document and report production performance metrics to upper management.
• Facilitate communication between the production team and management to ensure alignment on objectives.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
• Resolve conflicts within the team and foster a positive work environment.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Certifications in Six Sigma or ISO standards are a plus

Experience

• 5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity
