Job Description

As a Sewing Machine Operator with our team, you will be at the heart of our production line, responsible for creating clean and accurate seams on garment shoulder joints using a lockstitch sewing machine. Ideal candidates will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for quality craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Utilize lockstitch techniques to join shoulder seams accurately.
• Maintaining machine cleanliness and performing minor maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with production schedules and quality expectations.
• Adapt to different types of fabrics and stitch patterns as needed.
• Support team in meeting production quotas.
• Provide input for continuous improvement in sewing processes.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in sewing and textile technology preferred

Experience

• At least 1 year of sewing experience in a high-volume production environment.

Languages

• English: Fluent
