Job Description

Join our team as an Inspector, Tester, Sorter, Sampler, or Weigher! You will be responsible for performing quality control checks, sorting materials, and sampling products in our manufacturing process. Your role is vital in assuring top-notch quality across our product lines.

Responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials and products for defects or deviations.
• Conduct tests and measurements to verify product specifications.
• Document and communicate results to relevant stakeholders.
• Identify trends in defects and recommend improvements.
• Train and guide production staff on quality assurance practices.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide feedback on product quality.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve overall product quality.
• Ensure that all inspections are performed in compliance with industry standards.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in quality control or related field (preferred)

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control.

Technical Skills

• Experience with quality control tools
• Statistical analysis knowledge

Soft Skills

• Teamwork skills
• Organizational skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Six Sigma methods: Understanding of Six Sigma principles for quality improvement.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment: Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in a busy setting.
