Job Description

We are expanding our operations and need skilled operators for our crushing and grinding machinery. This role is pivotal in our construction processes, requiring a mix of technical skill and an eye for safety. Candidates must be reliable and able to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company policies on health and safety.
• Coordinate with project managers regarding material requirements and deadlines.
• Perform seasonal equipment checks and maintenance to ensure readiness.
• Compile reports on machine performance and output.
• Assist in inventory management of materials and supplies.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical diploma in machining or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience working with heavy machinery in industrial environments.
