Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Leather Cutter to join our production line. In this role, you will be tasked with cutting and shaping leather materials according to precise patterns, ensuring exceptional quality and craftsmanship that meets our high standards.

Responsibilities

• Review and understand pattern instructions before starting the cutting process.
• Utilize various cutting tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Ensure accuracy and quality control throughout the cutting process.
• Communicate closely with the production team to align on daily goals.
• Keep updated on inventory levels of leather materials and request replenishment when needed.
• Document production errors and suggest improvements to streamline processes.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional training in crafts or design is a plus.

Experience

• Prior experience in leather manufacturing is a strong advantage.
