Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Religious Worker to support the spiritual growth of our church community in Columbus, OH. This role involves planning church events, providing pastoral care, and managing various church activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Pastor in day-to-day operations of the church.
• Coordinate outreach programs to increase church engagement and participation.
• Plan and lead worship services, including music and sermon preparation.
• Organize and manage church events, such as conferences, bible studies, and social gatherings.
• Develop and maintain relationships with church members, volunteers, and community members.
• Handle administrative duties, including scheduling, email correspondence, and record keeping.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Theology, Religious Studies, or related field
• Ordained or licensed minister

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in church leadership and management

Languages
