Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Postulant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the application process, providing guidance to postulants, and organizing related programs. This role is an important part of our mission to support individuals in their spiritual formation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the application process for new postulants, ensuring timely reviews.
• Foster supportive relationships with postulants, providing counseling when necessary.
• Plan and execute retreats and workshops for spiritual development.
• Work alongside religious leaders to facilitate postulant transitions.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping for compliance with organizational standards.
• Respond to postulant inquiries promptly and with empathy.
• Create informative guides and resources for prospective postulants.
• Engage in community building activities to support postulant integration.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree in Theology or Pastoral Studies is an asset

Experience

• Relevant experience working with postulants is an advantage

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in organizing spiritual programs: Background in leading retreats or spiritual gatherings for individuals.
