We are seeking skilled Farm Equipment Mechanics and Service Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidates will possess in-depth knowledge of agricultural machinery, troubleshooting, and repair to ensure optimal performance.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on service and repairs on farm tractors and machinery.
• Implement preventative maintenance to reduce future equipment failures.
• Facilitate communication with farmers about their equipment needs and concerns.
• Ensure tools and work areas are maintained in a clean and safe condition.
• Collaborate with the service department to streamline workflow.
• Monitor and report on equipment performance to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in Farm Equipment Mechanics is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years working on agricultural machinery
