Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Stitchdown Toe Former to join our production team in Los Angeles. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our stitching machines, focusing on creating toe caps for our footwear line. Ideal candidates should have a solid understanding of stitching techniques and a keen eye for quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain stitching machines for production.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure equipment reliability.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards for toe caps.
• Work with materials to ensure proper handling and storage.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss production issues and solutions.
• Keep records of production output and machine performance.
• Assist in the development of new production techniques.
• Participate in safety training and drills.
• Report any safety issues or equipment malfunctions immediately.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in footwear manufacturing or similar role

Languages
