Job Description

Join our dynamic energy team as a Power Plant Technician. You will oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of power generation equipment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and optimal performance.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the operation of power generation equipment, including turbines and boilers.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and systems.
  • Follow all safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Ensure communication with team members regarding equipment performance.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports to management on equipment status.
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts and emergency repairs.
  • Assist in the implementation of energy-saving initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry standards and regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Technical certification in power generation (preferred)
Experience
  • Experience working with gas turbines and boilers is a plus.
