Job Description
As a General and Operations Manager, you will oversee the strategic direction and operational effectiveness of our water and sewer systems. This role encompasses leadership, strategic planning, and adherence to safety regulations.
Responsibilities
Plan and oversee the operation and maintenance schedules for water and sewer systems.
Ensure all staff adhere to safety regulations and best practices.
Manage emergency response protocols for system failures or contamination incidents.
Liaise with government agencies and community stakeholders regarding operational updates.
Train and mentor team members on technical skills and safety procedures.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Science
Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred
Experience
5+ years of experience in utility management
