Job Description

As a Building Consultant, you will play a crucial role in our construction projects by providing expert advice and ensuring compliance with building regulations. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough site inspections, collaborating with project teams, and offering solutions for any challenges that arise during the construction process.

Responsibilities

• Perform site evaluations and inspections to monitor construction processes.
• Offer expert guidance on sustainable building practices and materials.
• Develop detailed inspection reports and compliance documents for clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies during inspections.
• Work closely with project managers to develop and implement project timelines.
• Assess risks associated with construction projects and propose mitigation strategies.
• Engage with clients to understand their vision and provide tailored consulting services.
• Lead in training activities for clients and staff on compliance and safety standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the building industry

Languages
