As the Captain of Guards, you will oversee a team of security professionals, ensuring the safety and security of our facilities and personnel. Your leadership will be crucial in enforcing policies, managing incidents, and collaborating with law enforcement.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide daily leadership to the security team, ensuring adherence to protocols.
  • Create security documentation and incident reports.
  • Lead security drills and training for staff and security personnel.
  • Assess risks and devise strategies to mitigate them.
  • Coordinate with management on security improvements and updates.
  • Administer rotas and schedules for security staff.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and service providers related to security.
  • Oversee access control systems and facilities security.
  • Conduct safety audits and implement recommendations.
  • Mentor and support junior security staff.
Job Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Security Management or related field preferred
  • Access Control Systems Proficient in managing access control systems for security protocols.
  • Incident Reporting Software Experience in using software for documenting security incidents.
  • Leadership Strong leader skilled in managing diverse teams in high-pressure situations.
  • Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interactions.
  • Certified Protection Professional (CPP)
  • First Aid and CPR Certification
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Advanced conflict resolution skills: Experience in de-escalating situations and resolving conflicts effectively.
  • Proficiency with security technology: Experience using cutting-edge security technology for enhanced safety.
