Job Description

As the Captain of Guards, you will oversee a team of security professionals, ensuring the safety and security of our facilities and personnel. Your leadership will be crucial in enforcing policies, managing incidents, and collaborating with law enforcement.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily leadership to the security team, ensuring adherence to protocols.
  • Create security documentation and incident reports.
  • Lead security drills and training for staff and security personnel.
  • Assess risks and devise strategies to mitigate them.
  • Coordinate with management on security improvements and updates.
  • Administer rotas and schedules for security staff.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and service providers related to security.
  • Oversee access control systems and facilities security.
  • Conduct safety audits and implement recommendations.
  • Mentor and support junior security staff.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or a related field preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in security or law enforcement with supervisory experience preferred
