Job Description

As an Electric Cell Tender, you will play a crucial role in the production process by operating and maintaining electric cell equipment. This position requires a keen attention to detail to ensure product quality and compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor electric cell operations and adjust settings for optimal performance.
• Conduct routine checks of equipment and perform preventative maintenance.
• Document production processes and adhere to quality standards.
• Coordinate with team leads to align production schedules.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives within the production team.
• Ensure cleanliness of the work area and proper disposal of hazardous materials.
• Support training efforts for new staff on equipment operation.
• Participate in safety audits and inspections.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in a related field is preferred

Experience

• Previous experience in battery production or similar manufacturing environment is preferred

Technical Skills

• Experience with automated production systems

Soft Skills

• Adaptability and flexibility
• Excellent time management skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Understanding of battery chemistry and testing: Knowledge of battery performance testing and quality assurance methods.
• Experience in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues: Hands-on experience in resolving technical problems to maintain production flow.
