Job Description

As an Assembler and Fabricator at Crafted Jewelry Co., you will play a crucial role in the production of our exquisite artificial pearl products. We are seeking individuals with a keen eye for detail and a passion for craftsmanship. Your primary responsibilities will include various assembly techniques, quality control, and collaborative design efforts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine techniques for crafting artificial pearls.
• Conduct inspections to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Coordinate with the design team to develop new pearl designs.
• Perform regular maintenance on production machinery.
• Keep accurate records of production and materials.
• Support the training and mentorship of junior staff.
• Keep the workshop organized and up to safety standards.
• Contribute feedback for process improvements and cost reductions.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training in jewelry making is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in jewelry assembly or fabrication
