We are seeking a dedicated Machine Feeder and Offbearer to join our automotive manufacturing team. This position involves monitoring machine operations, efficiently feeding raw materials, and troubleshooting any issues with the disc-pad grinding machine. Responsibilities

• Monitor the performance of the grinding machine and make adjustments as necessary.
• Document production metrics accurately and report discrepancies.
• Work alongside quality inspectors to verify product conformity.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
• Support inventory control by monitoring material levels and notifying supervisors.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1+ years of experience in operating and maintaining grinding machines or similar equipment

Technical Skills

• Mechanical aptitude
• Basic computer skills

• Attention to detail
• Effective communication

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
