Responsibilities
Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests upon arrival.
Provide clear directions and information about services offered.
Ensure efficient visitor registration and assist with any needs.
Support event staff in managing visitor flow during peak times.
Maintain communication with team members to enhance guest experience.
Monitor visitor feedback and report any issues for improvement.
Perform light administrative tasks as directed by the supervisor.
Assist with special events and activities as needed.
Requirements
Education
Associate's degree in Hospitality Management is preferred
Experience
Experience in a hospitality or customer service role
